Paddy - Edge Manager
Paddy has recently (May, 2009) returned to the Career Resource Centre after a four-year period with Northern Health. As Manager, Paddy is 
responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Edge and the Career Resource Centre and other contracts under the North Coast Career Services Society.
Paddy has spent thirty years in the Non-Profit sector assisting individuals to define and achieve personal goals; she is committed to advancing our client’s needs and providing leadership to the Career Resource Centre and The Edge Youth Employment Centre.
Paddy holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of British Columbia and a Business Administration certificate from Northwest Community College and has attended numerous workshops, seminars and conferences on advocacy and non profit management and leadership.
Denise - Youth Employment Coordinator
"I came to The Edge in August 2006 as the Youth Employment Coordinator. I previously was working in various positions such as a Internet Room Monitor, Multi-media Technician, Seamstress and a Computer Technician. I am hoping that my variety of different jobs and experiences can help me better serve you-the youth in the community with job search and basic preparation to find the job you want."
Shonie - Administrative Assistant
I came to The Edge late October. As you may have noticed I was here before for about 7 months as the Temporary Administrative Assistant. I came back looking to further my experience and career in this industry; helping youth better their futures and making better choices in life to start looking for work. That is my main goal working here at The Edge.
